With miles of the famous Smith River running through the ranch, you’ll enjoy private access to the finest fishing you could ever imagine. Or maybe you’d like to try your skill in one of the many smaller streams on the ranch; Tenderfoot Creek is always a great challenge! The sight of a beautiful brook trout or native cutthroat will bring a thrill that won’t fade.

Golf in ParadiseTeeing off from hole seven, high atop a magnificent limestone bluff overlooking the Smith River is downright majestic! No need to play through…the course is private, and all yours! Relax and play at your leisure on this challenging nine-hole, par three course. You won’t forget the breathtaking view of the stunning limestone canyon with lush fairways and well-groomed greens.
Horseback Riding
Horseback RidingSaddle up a gentle, well-trained ranch horse (or we’ll be glad to do it for you) and take a pleasurable and scenic ride through the Little Belt Mountains. If you’re a beginner, you’ll appreciate the wisdom and the helping hands offered up by family members and staff at the ranch. If you’re a seasoned rider, prepare to cover some ground in great surroundings!
Fun and Games
Divide up into teams and enjoy a rous-ing game of volleyball or horseshoes. Or organize a small tournament to really get things going with your group. There’s also swimming and tubing. Target shooting? Yes! It’s all here at Heaven On Earth Ranch.

There’s no prettier place to hike and bike. If you’d like to set off on foot or on your bike, you’ll find miles and miles of trails, through historic country where many Native American pictographs adorn the ancient canyon walls.

The hardest part will be choosing what to photograph; the Smith River’s craggy limestone cliffs, the forested mountains, carpets of wildflowers, birds, deer, elk, or any of the many other small creatures who make this land their home.

Floating the SmithYou’ll build memories that last a lifetime! If you’re floating the Smith River, keep your eyes peeled for mile marker 28.5 on the second day of your journey. If a hot shower, nine holes of golf, ice-cold beverages, and a friendly face are to your liking… you’ll probably really go for a nice cozy bed in a modern cabin or a quaint tepee! And our piping hot, ranch house meals are simply scrumptious! Take a break from Mother Nature and stop in at the Heaven On Earth Ranch!
